Good Party

• S.D. (Syncopated Drumstick) - The original player character. His history lays the baseline for most of the world events. He now governs the town of Midway, which he built on the former location of the Castle of Darkness. He had the city built to withstand virtually any onslaught, as well as being in an ideal location for trade routes. He is married to Elena and they have 3 children.
• Yosh Schmenge - A barbarian who is married to Janet. They grew to love each other as she helped him communicate with the party. His raw fighting power and ability is extraordinary.
• Agamemmnon - A cleric of Thor, he spent a year of his life in service for an answered prayer. His faith is unshakable and his ability quite advanced.
• Tim - A selfless monk, trying to fit in amongst the gang of egos.
• Patrick O'Furniture - An easy going fellow who is very interested in researching new ways of using his bow.
• John R Zybahbskistein... - A Rastafarian wizard, most of his time had been spent devising new ways to make his weed grow. His magic skills are formidable.

Greedy Party

• Morgan Le Mort - A woman of mystery. Her occupation isn't known to many.

Evil Party

• Raul Julia - A wizard with a past he would like to hide. He has been single minded in his desire to bring about the old gods and become a powerful being. He and Sidnaceous have been at odds since the beginning. He and Rod are old friends.
• Franklyn T'Shannick - A cleric who has spent a long time helping infuse the new religion with the Drow people. She fancies herself a religious leader of the community.

Freelance

• Jim "Hack" Nicholson - An Assassin, he had a chance to kill the great Jason Michael Cropsey, but passed. He has since gone in to hiding.
